How does a digital wedding invitation work?
It's your own website with everything your guests need to know: the date, venues, directions and more. You fill in the order form, and we build and host the site, ready to share with a single link. No paper, and always up to date.
What does it cost?
€99, one-time. That includes everything: multiple events (up to four), all colours and frames, the luxury opening, RSVPs with dietary requirements, invitations per guest group, and a year of your own domain and hosting. A fifth event is €25, as is a second year of your domain.
How long does our wedding website stay online?
As long as the domain is active. Your first year of domain and hosting is included. If you choose 2 years when ordering, your site stays online for two years from the start (+€25). It never renews automatically, so there are no unexpected bills.
Can we send different invitations to different guest groups?
Yes. You can create up to five invitation links, each with its own address and only the events relevant to that group. Colleagues might only see the wedding, while family also sees the henna night and the ceremony. Events meant for other groups don't appear on their page at all. If you like, each link can have its own access code. You manage them yourselves with your edit link.
What if our language isn't listed?
The wedding website is available in Dutch, Turkish, English, German, French, Arabic and Polish, and you choose which ones to use. Need another language? Email us at info@evoria.studio and we'll see if we can add it for you.
Which domain extensions are included?
Almost all common extensions, such as .nl, .be, .eu and .com. If you choose a more exclusive extension like .wedding or .io, any extra cost is shown in your order straight away, so there are no surprises. Some names carry a special premium price from the registry; unfortunately we can't offer those.
How large can our photos be?
You add photos with your edit link, and they can be large (up to around 18 MB per file). We resize them automatically without any visible loss of quality.
What happens after we pay?
We get started straight away: we register your domain, build your site and put it online within 24 hours. You'll receive an email with the link to your site and your personal edit link, where you add your dates, venues, photos and text.
How do we update details or times later?
Once your site is ready, you get a unique, secure edit link. If a venue or time changes, you update it there yourselves and your site is updated within minutes.
How do discount codes work?
A discount code takes a fixed amount or a percentage off your order. Codes may have an end date or a limited number of uses.
