EVORIA
Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Evoria respects your privacy and processes personal data carefully and in line with the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR). This statement explains which data we process and why.
1. Data controller
Evoria, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42106396, VAT ID NL005498571B06, located at Konijnenburg 10, 2994 EP Barendrecht, the Netherlands,
info@evoria.studio.
2. Which data we process
- Contact details: name, email address, address (street, postcode and town — needed for the
invoice, which we are legally required to keep for 7 years) and (optionally) phone number.
- Order details: your choices for the site, the domain name you want, discount code and the amount.
- Content of the wedding website: names of the couple and parents, event details (date, time,
venue), texts and the photos you upload.
- Saved design: if you choose "Email our design" in the order form, we keep your email address and the choices you made (no photos). We use them to send you the link to your design and, if you haven't ordered by then, one reminder after 2 days. We delete this after 60 days.
- Reviews: if you write a review through the link in our email, we keep the stars, your text and the name you give. Only if you tick that we may show it can the review (with that name) appear on our website.
- Payment details: these go directly through our payment provider; we never receive full
card or bank account details, only the payment status.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse
(rate limiting). We only place advertising cookies with your consent (see section 8).
3. Purposes and legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
| Carrying out your order: building the site, registering the domain, publishing it and keeping you informed | Performance of the contract |
| Emailing your design and sending one reminder (only if you ask for it) | Consent |
| Invoicing and keeping our records | Legal obligation |
| Contacting you about questions or problems | Performance of the contract / legitimate interest |
| Security and preventing abuse | Legitimate interest |
4. Who processes your data (processors)
To provide the service we work with reliable parties, solely to carry out your order:
- Our payment provider: processing payments (iDEAL and others).
- Our hosting provider: hosting the wedding website and DNS.
- Our domain registration partner (registrar): registering the domain name.
- Our email delivery service: sending the emails about your order.
- Our server provider (EU): the server our application runs on.
- Google (Google Ads): only if you accept cookies, to measure which ads lead to an order.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): only if you accept cookies, to measure which ads on Instagram and Facebook lead to a visit or an order (Meta Pixel).
Where required, we have data processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep data
- Invoices and records: 7 years (statutory retention period).
- Content of the wedding website: for as long as the domain/site is active; after that we delete it on request.
- Saved designs: 60 days.
- Other order details: no longer than needed for the purposes above.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections
(HTTPS), access controls and a limited group of people with access to order details.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and the
right to object. Send a request to info@evoria.studio;
we will respond within the legal time limit. If you disagree with something, you can file a complaint
with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
8. Cookies
Without your consent our site places no tracking or advertising cookies. If you accept through the cookie notice,
we use cookies from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure which ads lead to an order
(conversion tracking). We keep your choice for 180 days in a cookie (ev_consent). You can always
change it via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the homepage. The order form temporarily stores what you have
filled in in your own browser (local storage), so you don't lose anything if the page reloads.
That data stays on your device.
This is a translation of our Dutch privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
