These wedding websites are provided by Evoria, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42106396, VAT identification number NL005498571B06, located at Konijnenburg 10, 2994 EP Barendrecht, the Netherlands, reachable at info@evoria.studio. Hereafter: "Evoria", "we" or "us".
These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between Evoria and the customer ("you") via evoria.studio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The agreement is formed as soon as you have completed the order and the payment has gone through. You then receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.
Payment is made in advance and securely through our payment provider (including iDEAL). Only after a successful payment do we automatically start building and publishing the wedding website.
After payment we register the domain (if needed), build the site and put it live. You follow every step live on your own status page, and on delivery you receive an email with the live link and a secure edit link. We aim to put the website live within 24 hours of receiving the payment; in practice this is usually within a few hours. This is an indicative delivery time and not a strict deadline: in exceptional cases (for example a delayed domain registration) delivery can take longer, in which case we will contact you personally.
A wedding website is a digital product tailored to your wishes that we make for you straight after payment. By placing your order, you expressly agree that we start carrying out the order immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby give up your statutory right of withdrawal once we have started the build. After work has begun, the order can therefore no longer be withdrawn. Is something not right? Get in touch and we'll sort it out together.
You provide correct and complete details, and material (photos, texts) for which you hold the necessary rights. You do not publish unlawful, infringing or offensive content. You are responsible for the content you provide.
The underlying technology, templates and design remain the property of Evoria. Your own content (names, photos, texts) remains yours.
You receive the right to use your wedding website on your own domain. You may not copy, imitate, resell or use the site, the code, the frames or the design on another domain. Every wedding website contains a unique identifier, which can prove where a copy came from.
We do our best to provide a well-working wedding website, but we are not liable for indirect damage or for outages at third parties (such as the domain registrar, hosting provider or payment provider). Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
With your secure edit link you can change details such as the date, time, venue and names yourself; the site is then republished automatically. The domain can be changed by arrangement with us.

Our agreements are governed by Dutch law.
